In an interview with the Founder and CEO Eliott Wertheimer, we explored the challenges of customer experience and how embedded insurance strengthens their mission and accelerates their growth.

Hello Elliot. Thank you for meeting with us! Could you quickly introduce us to FuroSystems?

Sure! At FuroSystems we design, manufacture and distribute ultra-light, high-performance electric vehicles with a focus on functionality, price and aesthetics.

Our aim is to give people more freedom in their cities and to allow them to truly experience the benefits that electric vehicles can now bring compared to combustion-powered vehicles in terms of convenience and performance. We also address customers directly, which allows us to maintain and optimise excellent customer service as well as iterate our product designs very quickly based on customer feedback.

From product quality to ease of integration, Qover was the logical step in improving our offer to customers.

What challenges do you face to meet today's customer expectations?

The main challenge we have been facing is delivery times. We have received many requests and, due to the logistical difficulties linked to the crisis and rapid growth, we have gone from a delivery time of 2 to 5 days to a month or two for new orders. Most companies in the sector have faced the same problem. Solving this situation has been one of our main objectives for 2021 and we are pleased to see that we have been able to achieve this.

What is the history of your relationship with Qover?

We had been wanting to offer insurance to our customers for some time. It had to be international, with comprehensive and affordable packages, while being fully integrated within our sales flow. In addition, there was a regulatory aspect that was obviously difficult and slow for us to deal with. I then heard about Qover and contacted them to find out that they offered a solution to all the obstacles I've just mentioned.
