We are looking for a Customer Service Ninja who is willing to be part of an ambitious entrepreneurial journey aimed at disrupting the European insurance market. We need someone with a “can-do attitude” who is passionate about resolving our customers’ problems and who is looking to have fun.


 🐙 Job description Responsibilities:

  • Answer customers’ requests both by phone and by email
  • Understand and summarise the customer’s request
  • Handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Advise customers on the procedures they will have to follow for their claims
  • Keep track of customers’ requests, complaints and/or claims
  • Be a ninja

 🛠 Experience and skills:

  • You are a native-like speaker and writer in one or several of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian, French, English, Dutch
  • You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • You have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. and the ability to grasp new systems quickly
  • You can effectively multitask and prioritise a varied workload
  • You are fun 🎉
