How refreshing – an insurance provider that’s actually easy to deal with when you need them! I have Qover through my Monzo bank account, specifically for travel insurance. I recently had to make a claim for medical expenses after a family holiday, and the whole process was handled directly through the Monzo app. Within just 7 days, the payout was in my bank account. The experience was simple, stress-free, and impressively efficient.

It's not reasonable to base feedback on a claim as, that's down to policy details etc. What I like to do, is consider what the claims processor is like to deal with. Romane (in my case), was very prompt at getting back to me, helpful with documentation etc and had my decision processed in a matter of days. I've had other experiences elsewhere, where handlers were slow, rude and pedantic. Qover.com is a great example of how things should be done and reaffirms my loyalty towards Revolut, who engage with Qover.com for travel ins.

Qover was included in my Revolut metal plan, and I used it when I cracked the back glass of my iPhone. Their replies were quick and personalised. They asked for standard information and one follow-up question. Once this was provided, they confirmed I was covered and transferred the money to my Revolut account within 3 days. Amazing service.

I would never usually write a review for something like this but honestly I was so impressed with Qover. My Dad passed away in January and I had to get a last minute flight back from Tokyo at great expense. I know that my sister had a lot of issues with her travel insurance provider coming back from Brazil but Qover was so simple and so easy, which during an emotional time is such a relief. Their customer service team is fantastic and helped with all my questions. So appreciative that this was a simple process. Would highly recommend!

So I am a Revolut Ultra user, and I have insurance with Qover, and unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip, which cost about 1500€. I filed a claim through Revolut, and they responded quickly by asking for some documents. After I provided everything, they did their job and kept me updated throughout the process.
