This service now complements the mortgage loan simulator and tenant protection offering on Immoweb Protect, as well as reinforces Immoweb’s mission to become a 360-degree real estate service offering full support to its users.
This news follows the announcement that BNP Paribas Cardif Belgium and Qover have teamed up to redesign the customer journey for the flagship product ‘Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance’ aimed at homeowners, with online bank Keytrade Bank as the first partner to benefit from it.
The insurance solution – available online on Immoweb Protect – is designed to benefit private homeowners looking to protect their property. In line with Immoweb's mission, the easy-to-use tool is intended to be widely accessible: it’s available in French, Dutch and English, with additional customer service options in Italian and Spanish.
New and exclusive to the home insurance market, the solution will feature a multilingual chatbot called ‘Billy’, which will help users choose the most suitable coverage for their needs.
