Quentin Colmant is the CEO of Qover, which he co-founded alongside Jean-Charles Velge in 2016. Prior to launching the company, he had a successful career in the insurance industry, holding a series of top management positions at Allianz Benelux in both general and life insurance.

Quentin has an MBA and two master's degrees: a Master in Engineering Science & Applied Mathematics and a Master in Finance.

As Qover’s Chief of Staff, Thibault is in charge of strategy design and execution. He is currently leading the company’s AI strategy and implementation. Before that, he was in charge of revenue operations and go-to-market for Qover’s financial services vertical.

Thibault has a background in consulting at Bain & Company and a Master in Management Sciences. He also served on the board of Transparency International Belgium.

Angeliki Tiligadi is the DPO of Qover and a Member of the Support Pool of Experts at the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) for new technologies and information security. Before that, she was a legal assistant at the DPO office of the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS).

Angeliki holds a Bachelor in Law and two master’s degrees in International Commercial Arbitration and Law & AI. She is currently working towards a Master of Law & Technology at Tilburg University. She is also CIPP/E and DPO certified.
