Hello Elliot. Thanks for meeting with us! Could you quickly introduce FuroSystems?
Sure! At FuroSystems, we design, manufacture and distribute ultra-light, high-performance electric vehicles with a focus on functionality, price and aesthetics.
Our aim is to give people more freedom in their cities and to allow them to truly experience the benefits that electric vehicles can now bring compared to combustion-powered vehicles in terms of convenience and performance. We also address customers directly, which allows us to maintain and optimise excellent customer service as well as iterate our product designs very quickly based on customer feedback.
What challenges are you facing when it comes to meeting today's customer expectations?
The main challenge we've been facing is delivery times. We've received many requests, and due to the logistical difficulties linked to the crisis and rapid growth, we've gone from a delivery time of 2 to 5 days to a month or two for new orders. Most companies in the sector have faced the same problem. Solving this situation has been one of our main objectives for 2021 and we're pleased to see that we've been able to achieve this.
